These have no particular grouping:
- Cannot declare self-referencing constants
- Constants may only evaluate to scalar values
- Multiple access type modifiers are not allowed
- You MUST load PDO before loading any PDO drivers
- __HALT_COMPILER() can only be used from the outermost scope
- Cannot use assign-op operators with overloaded objects nor string offsets
