- Open Entourage.
- From the Tools menu, select Accounts:

- Click the New button. Enter your email address:

Click Configure account manually:
Starting from the top:
- Account name: Enter a name for your email account.
- Make sure Include this account in my "Send and Receive All" schedule is ticked.Personal information:
- Name: Enter your name.
- Email address: Enter the email address you are creating the account for.Receiving Mail:
- Account ID: Type your whole email address again
(e.g. you@yourdomain.com .. the whole thing). - POP server: Type mail. followed by your domain name.
- Password: Make sure the box is checked to enter your password in the Mac OS keychainSending Mail:
- SMTP server: Same as for the POP server – type mail. followed by your domain name.
- Click on "Click here for advanced sending options".

- Click on SMTP server requires authentication, so that a tick appears next to it.
- Click on Override default SMTP port and enter 587
- Close the small dialog box

- Click OK and close the Accounts window. Entourage is now setup to send and receive email.
